About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Site Supervisor to join our team in Navi Mumbai. You will oversee daily site operations for residential and commercial interior design projects, ensuring that timelines, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities with contractors, designers, and internal team members.
• Monitor project progress and enforce adherence to schedules.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve on‑site issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Experience in construction site supervision and project management best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with residential or commercial interior design projects is a plus.
