SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO Specialist to join our marketing team at Hexnode, the enterprise software division of Mitsogo. The role focuses on organic search for a B2B SaaS product, aiming to increase qualified traffic, improve rankings, and support pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Optimize site architecture, landing pages, and content for search engines and user experience.
• Collaborate with content, product marketing, and development teams to embed SEO best practices.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other tools.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend fixes for crawlability, indexation, and site speed.
• Design and implement link‑building campaigns to boost domain authority.
• Support international SEO initiatives, including hreflang tags and geotargeting.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven record of increasing organic traffic and keyword rankings.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Excellent communication and project‑management abilities.
