Senior System Analyst

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior System Analyst to join the Workplace Intelligence Platform team in India. The role bridges business needs with scalable technical solutions, focusing on workplace, sustainability and enterprise data to drive analytics and platform innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Align product capabilities with enterprise technology strategies and evolving data platform architectures.
• Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications, data models and technical designs, and develop prototype solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering with stakeholders, structure large‑scale requirements across multiple data domains and identify synergies.
• Apply enterprise data strategy and governance principles to recommend optimal data structuring and architecture.
• Maintain deep expertise in Workplace Intelligence products and ensure reusable, modular designs.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a system analyst or similar role, preferably within large technology or payments organizations.
• Strong ability to work independently, drive research and documentation for complex features.
• Excellent communication skills to partner with business leaders, product teams and engineering.
• Experience handling multi‑domain data requirements such as workplace, sustainability and finance.
