Senior Strategy & Business Transformation Manager

About the role

The Senior Strategy & Business Transformation Manager will shape and drive Johnson & Johnson Innovation’s strategic agenda for India. Reporting to Country Leadership, the role blends high‑level strategic partnership with hands‑on program management of priority initiatives across the franchise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and forecasting processes, coordinating inputs for long‑range and annual business plans.
• Facilitate cross‑functional forecasting cycles with cluster and regional teams to ensure robustness and transparency.
• Manage end‑to‑end strategic projects and PMO activities for priority business programs, including work‑plan definition, governance, risk management and execution rhythm.
• Institutionalize competitive insights and market‑trend data flows, creating executive‑ready dashboards and readouts.
• Support franchise and brand‑level vision setting, launch‑readiness architecture, and pipeline preparedness.
• Develop business cases for new initiatives, brand planning, and affordability/access strategies in partnership with commercial and market‑access teams.
• Provide strategic support for the South East Asia & India Cluster on haematology portfolio strategy and execution frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic planning, business transformation or corporate development, preferably within healthcare, pharma or med‑tech.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate market data into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Demonstrated capability to lead cross‑functional projects, manage stakeholders and drive execution to closure.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to partner with senior leadership, commercial, finance and market‑access teams.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
