Senior Social Media Manager – Organic Strategy

About the role

SOBHA is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to lead its organic social media presence. You will shape brand storytelling, ensure governance, and drive audience engagement by collaborating closely with copy, design, and video teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the organic social media strategy and content planning across all platforms.
• Coordinate with copy, design, video, and internal stakeholders to execute content.
• Maintain brand consistency, tone, and visual standards in every post.
• Oversee community engagement and reputation management.
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and best practices relevant to premium brands.
• Track organic performance, analyze results, and share insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience managing organic social media for premium or corporate brands.
• Preferred experience in real estate, luxury, or design‑led industries.
