Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with 15‑20 years of experience in civil/structural design and engineering to lead heavy industrial projects in India. The role involves overseeing design, coordinating consultants, and ensuring successful on‑site execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, appoint external consultants and lead the on‑site Construction Manager.
• Coordinate structural design for factories, plants, warehouses and related office interiors.
• Review and validate structural drawings, calculations and specifications.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and resources using MS Project or Primavera.
• Engage with stakeholders, resolve conflicts and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Travel as required to project sites and client locations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural Engineering or Architecture (Master’s a plus).
• 15‑20 years of experience in industrial structural systems (steel, RCC, pre‑engineered buildings) and MEP topics.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
