Senior Project Manager – Interior Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will own the delivery of complex, high‑value interior fit‑out programmes for corporate offices, campuses and premium commercial spaces. This role combines strategic leadership, commercial accountability and client partnership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large and multiple interior fit‑out projects, defining execution strategies, phasing plans and risk mitigation frameworks.
• Act as the senior point of contact for key occupier clients, building long‑term relationships and driving repeat business.
• Own project‑level P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, margin management and commercial negotiations.
• Mentor and manage Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, ensuring optimal team deployment and performance.
• Establish and govern a strong contractor/vendor ecosystem, monitoring performance, timelines and quality.
• Champion quality, health, safety and environmental standards, conducting audits and ensuring zero tolerance for safety breaches.
• Provide strategic oversight on design coordination, technical decision‑making and resolution of design changes, RFIs and technical challenges.
• Maintain robust governance, reporting and risk‑management frameworks through MIS dashboards and KPI monitoring.
• Oversee project close‑out, snagging, handover and client satisfaction activities.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing complex interior fit‑out projects with multi‑million‑dollar budgets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and mentor junior project managers.
• Strong commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility experience.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining senior client relationships.
• Excellent decision‑making skills for resolving complex project challenges.
• Commitment to quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
