Senior Project Manager – Interior Fit‑Out

About the role

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) leads complex, high‑value interior fit‑out projects for corporate offices, campuses and premium commercial spaces. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, drive commercial performance and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large or multiple interior fit‑out projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, high‑quality outcomes.
• Define execution strategies, phasing plans and risk‑mitigation frameworks.
• Act as senior point of contact for key occupier clients and manage long‑term relationships.
• Own project‑level P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, margin management and commercial negotiations.
• Review and approve contractor bills, variations and claims while enforcing contract terms.
• Lead, mentor and manage Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, driving performance and succession planning.
• Establish and monitor a strong contractor/vendor ecosystem, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery.
• Oversee design coordination, resolve RFIs, design changes and technical challenges.
• Maintain project health through MIS dashboards, KPIs and risk escalation.
• Ensure final handover, snagging, documentation and high client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• 12–18 years of experience delivering commercial interior fit‑out or workplace projects.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑million‑dollar projects with full P&L responsibility.
