Senior Product Manager – Tech, Defect Prevention & Reconciliation

About the role

Join Amazon’s Defect Prevention & Reconciliation (DP&R) team as a Senior Product Manager. You will lead the end‑to‑end development of enterprise‑scale tools that reduce supply‑chain defects, improve inventory placement and lower transportation costs across Amazon’s global fulfilment network.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for defect‑prevention solutions, from concept through worldwide launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, finance and operations to prioritize features and deliver high‑impact tools.
• Own the product lifecycle, including market research, requirements gathering, go‑to‑market planning and post‑launch analysis.
• Drive adoption across all Amazon locations by aligning stakeholders and measuring success metrics.
• Use data‑driven insights to continuously improve product performance and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven track record of launching large‑scale, enterprise‑level products.
• Strategic thinker with strong communication and influencing skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable navigating complex, cross‑functional environments.
• Experience working with supply‑chain or logistics technology is a plus.
