As a Senior Process Associate in the Project Management Office, you will support the delivery of high‑quality projects by overseeing process compliance and driving data‑focused improvements. You will work closely with project managers and quality leaders to ensure that standards are met and stakeholder expectations are fulfilled.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor project and quality management processes and tools.
• Collaborate with department heads and project managers to guarantee adherence to quality standards.
• Analyze specific data sets to understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Prepare, present, and maintain reports using MS Office based on evolving customer needs.
• Partner with users and team members at all levels to identify performance improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Finance‑related graduation.
• Strong overview of project management and quality‑related processes.
• Ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, quick learner, and adaptable to a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IT PEP processes and quality audit requirements.
