About the role

We are seeking a Senior OT Security L3 Specialist with deep expertise in Claroty and OT vulnerability management. The role focuses on protecting industrial control systems by leading risk‑based vulnerability programs and delivering actionable security insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the OT vulnerability management program across the organization.
• Design and implement a risk‑based vulnerability strategy for OT environments.
• Perform advanced vulnerability analysis and correlate findings with threat intelligence.
• Define compensating controls and oversee remediation planning.
• Manage and optimize the Claroty platform deployment.
• Develop OT‑specific risk scoring models to prioritize remediation efforts.

Required profile

• 6–10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on OT.
• Proven track record with Claroty solutions.
• Deep understanding of OT risk profiling and the limitations of CVSS in OT contexts.
• Strong incident response capabilities in industrial environments.
