Senior Manager – Interior Projects

About the role

Sun Pharma is looking for a Senior Manager to lead interior and civil projects across its facilities in India. You will be responsible for translating user requirements into functional spaces, managing vendors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document user requirements and space specifications for offices, training centres, conference rooms, and other facilities.
• Evaluate, select, and finalize vendors for design and execution, handling both technical and commercial aspects.
• Prepare and optimise Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and control project costs.
• Travel to multiple sites (up to 40% travel) to monitor progress and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with external vendors and act as the in‑house Project Management Consultant for interior and civil works.
• Maintain quality standards, schedule adherence, and produce regular MIS reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Architect or Interior Decorator qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing interior projects.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle extensive site travel.
