Senior Manager, Compliance & Ethics

About the role

AB InBev India is seeking a Senior Manager, Compliance & Ethics to join its Legal and Corporate Affairs team in Bangalore. Reporting to the Associate Director, Compliance, you will help ensure the company adheres to anti‑corruption, antitrust, data‑privacy and other regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations and best practices to keep the business compliant.
• Lead investigations of potential policy breaches, prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct third‑party risk assessments and compliance reviews.
• Utilise data‑analysis tools to generate insights that support compliance initiatives.
• Develop, update and deliver compliance policies and training programmes.
• Implement data‑protection, privacy, antitrust and anti‑competition programmes.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to embed compliance across the organisation.
• Manage special projects as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years post‑qualification experience, including at least 3 years in compliance or ethics roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex regulatory issues to non‑legal stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with proven problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional certification in compliance or ethics is advantageous.
