Senior Legal Analyst

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Legal Analyst to join its global Legal Team based in Hyderabad. The role supports the firm’s investment activities by providing legal analysis, drafting, and contract management across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Americas, EMEA and APAC legal teams on joint paralegal projects and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Draft, analyze, review and negotiate a variety of agreements including broker onboarding, commission sharing, vendor, confidentiality and professional services contracts.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle – execution, renewals, tracking and risk assessment.
• Upload amendments and related documents to online repositories, ensuring proper tagging of master agreements.
• Respond to legal subpoenas, IRS summons, DOJ and grand jury requests, and other regulatory notices.
• Prepare annual updates to fund disclosure documents and file post‑effective amendments for retail and ETF funds.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly tender‑offer filings, board book preparation and disclosure updates for institutional private funds.
• Support derivatives legal work, including creation of ISDA amendments and related agreements.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in legal analysis within a regulated investment environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global legal teams across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory compliance and corporate governance processes.
