Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director to join Cult.fit’s creative team. You will work closely with fitness services, marketing, product and business teams to shape visual identities for new initiatives, products and strategic launches.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to design launch identities, key visuals, branded assets and storytelling frameworks.
• Translate early‑stage concepts into clear visual systems for digital and physical touchpoints such as CRM, app/web interfaces, studio collaterals, signage and event assets.
• Create mood boards, mock‑ups, prototypes and presentation designs to support concept development.
• Help define consistent look and feel for emerging services across the fitness ecosystem.
• Stay tuned to design trends, consumer brands, fitness, wellness and youth culture to keep work fresh and relevant.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic or brand design, preferably in a consumer brand, startup, agency or fast‑moving environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility, brand system thinking and storytelling ability.
• Ability to work on 0→1 projects, bring structure to loosely defined briefs and iterate quickly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Figma and comfort designing for digital platforms.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, color, composition and visual identity systems.
