Senior Frontend Developer - Mobile & Web

About the role

Neo Wealth and Asset Management is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer who can independently own and deliver high‑quality product experiences across Android, iOS, and Web platforms. You will work on technology products that enable bankers, wealth managers, and clients to interact with portfolios, investments, onboarding journeys, dashboards, and financial workflows in a seamless and secure manner.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive frontend applications for web, Android, and iOS.
• Build scalable user interfaces using React with a focus on performance, usability, and maintainability.
• Contribute to native mobile stacks using Kotlin and Swift, owning critical modules such as client onboarding, portfolio review, and banker dashboards.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, backend engineers, and data teams to define requirements and deliver cohesive experiences.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks related to latency, rendering, memory usage, and UI responsiveness.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services via REST APIs and GraphQL, handling caching, pagination, and error management.
• Implement offline storage, asynchronous programming, background sync, and push notifications where needed.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle, including architecture, testing, release, monitoring, and post‑release improvements.
• Write unit, UI, and integration tests; conduct code reviews and enforce engineering standards.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in React and modern frontend development.
• Hands‑on expertise in native mobile development using Kotlin and Swift.
• Strong architectural decision‑making ability and commitment to clean, production‑grade code.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with cross‑functional product and design teams.
• Proactive attitude toward identifying quality issues, production risks, and user‑experience gaps.
