Senior Executive - Social Media

About the role

The Senior Executive – Social Media will lead the strategy and execution of social media activities for Swiggy’s Servd (formerly Mumbai Foodie) brand across multiple Indian cities. You will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing and analysing content to grow audience engagement and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the social media content calendar for all Servd pages.
• Schedule and post content according to the calendar to ensure consistency and timeliness.
• Track and analyse social media performance using analytics tools.
• Use data insights to refine posting strategies and increase engagement, reach and conversions.
• Create and execute a comprehensive content strategy to promote main content series.
• Produce high‑quality, on‑brand content tailored to each platform’s audience and format.
• Maintain page hygiene by updating stories, responding to DMs and comments, updating bios and managing highlights.
• Interact professionally with the audience to foster a strong online community.
• Develop and implement strategic Instagram and Facebook story content.
• Operate and manage broadcast channels, creating content to keep the audience informed.
• Publish relevant LinkedIn content to build the professional network and showcase thought leadership.
• Identify and pursue collaborations with creators and influencers to expand reach.

Required profile

• Previous experience in social media management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing platforms and growing online presence.
• Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.
