Senior Executive - Fabric Sourcing

About the role

The Senior Executive – Fabric Sourcing is responsible for managing purchase activities for the FOB sourcing operation of the brand sweaters category. The role ensures on‑time, in‑full delivery of high‑quality raw material while meeting cost targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors, transporters and FOB partners to achieve inward targets and OTIF performance.
• Issue purchase orders to vendors within 15 days of order placement.
• Manage development samples and travel to secure new fabric developments.
• Oversee import logistics, arrange documentation, and maintain complete purchase records (Indent, Approval, Import Data, BOE, etc.).
• Ensure accurate vendor payment documentation and update systems such as Cordys, PLM and SAP.
• Reconcile top vendors bi‑annually and follow up on payments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fabric procurement or textile sourcing for premium lifestyle brands.
• Strong understanding of import procedures and documentation.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate cost‑effective pricing without compromising quality.
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate purchase and logistics records.
