Senior Enterprise Solution Architect – Supply Planning & Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a senior enterprise solution architect to lead architecture across retail and supply‑chain domains, ensuring scalability, performance and integration integrity. The role works closely with pre‑sales, product management and delivery teams to define roadmaps and align solutions with customer strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end solution design, translating complex business requirements into scalable, integrated solutions.
• Lead business‑process analysis and design workshops, producing functional and technical designs.
• Act as a trusted advisor and retail domain expert, recommending best practices and process optimisations.
• Engage executive stakeholders to present solution strategies and measurable business outcomes.
• Serve as functional liaison across consulting, pre‑sales, cloud and support teams.
• Support project planning by estimating scope, cost and integration complexity.
• Facilitate solution demonstrations and integration discussions between enterprise planning and store‑shelf planning systems.
• Identify incremental revenue and enhancement opportunities and build business cases.
• Mentor solution architects and consultants, promoting architectural consistency and capability growth.
• Champion standardisation through frameworks, templates and best‑practice methodologies.

Required profile

• 17+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply‑chain planning, with at least 5 years focused on JDA/Blue Yonder Enterprise Planning.
• Deep functional and architectural expertise in demand planning, supply planning, MRP, production planning, order optimisation, inventory planning and S&OP modules.
• Proven experience in solution estimation, architecture governance and end‑to‑end delivery leadership.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes across CPG, white‑goods, industrial, automotive, semiconductor, consumer electronics, metals and pharmaceutical sectors.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
