Senior Engineer – IT Logistics Support

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Engineer to provide technical support for logistics applications within our manufacturing plant. The role focuses on SAP and other software tools that enable smooth logistics and plant operations, ensuring real‑time issue resolution and continuous system performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for logistics applications, including SAP and related software tools.
• Diagnose and resolve software, system, and automation issues in real‑time operations.
• Assist with SAP modules related to logistics and plant operations.
• Support testing of new IT solutions, upgrades, and patches before deployment.
• Participate in implementation of IT, automation, and SAP projects within the plant.
• Conduct training sessions on IT and OT security awareness.
• Manage, monitor, and maintain OT devices used in logistics operations.
• Track, configure, and maintain IT assets such as systems, devices, and tools.
• Work rotational shifts (24×6) to ensure continuous logistics support.
• Provide regular updates, reports, and communication on system issues and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or BCA.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, logistics applications, or related fields.

• SAP (logistics modules).
• IT systems and asset management.
• OT device monitoring and maintenance.
