Senior Designer (Adaptations)

About the role

Landor’s Global Design studio is seeking a Senior Designer (Adaptations) to translate and adapt existing brand designs across a wide range of formats and touch points. The role focuses on delivering production‑ready solutions that preserve the original creative intent while meeting practical constraints such as format changes, die‑lines and print limitations.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and roll out brand designs for packaging, print, digital and environmental applications.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy of brand systems across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Design Directors, creative teams and production partners to interpret design intent.
• Prepare final artwork files that meet all specifications, guidelines and production requirements.
• Manage challenges related to format shifts, material changes and die‑line adjustments while upholding core design principles.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Contribute to process and workflow improvements for adaptation work.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with a strong eye for brand consistency.
• Technical understanding of print production, packaging and digital output.
• Proven ability to work under tight timelines and manage several projects at once.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with design, production and client teams.
