Senior Associate Production – Cheese

About the role

The Senior Associate Production – Cheese will lead the manufacturing of premium Cheddar, Mozzarella and string cheese, ensuring the highest quality, safety and efficiency standards are met. You will work closely with maintenance, planning and quality teams to keep production lines running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor Cheddar and Mozzarella production, ensuring shift continuity and compliance with quality systems.
• Minimise downtime, product loss and salvage while maximising product recovery.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep equipment calibrated and operational.
• Track OEE, yield and packing material losses; prepare daily MIS reports.
• Review formulations and specifications against customer requirements.
• Maintain hygiene, food‑safety compliance and proper storage conditions for raw materials and finished goods.
• Log production, stock and operational data; conduct shift hand‑overs and safety talks.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of experience in Cheddar and Mozzarella manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dairy Technology or Dairy Science.
• Ability to handle confidential information and drive continuous‑improvement ideas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
