About the role
Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst to support B2B Marketing Operations. You will build reliable, scalable data pipelines and create decision‑ready reporting systems that measure funnel performance and attribution across key marketing platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain data pipelines from structured and semi‑structured marketing sources.
- Produce production‑grade Power BI and Tableau dashboards for stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality through testing, validation and governance processes.
- Own end‑to‑end funnel and attribution measurement, translating campaign data into clear metrics.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive dashboard adoption and improve marketing performance.
Required profile
- Experience with B2B marketing operations data, demand generation or pipeline management.
- Project‑level expertise in data engineering and visualization platforms such as MS Fabric, Databricks, Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong knowledge of marketing data sources: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn, Google and programmatic platforms.
- Ability to analyse funnel metrics (leads, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, revenue, conversion rates).
- Familiarity with campaign hierarchies, attribution models and lifecycle stages.
