Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO Specialist who can transform organic search into a reliable revenue engine. The role sits at the intersection of AI, analytics, and growth strategy, focusing on B2B SaaS products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own end‑to‑end SEO/AEO strategy, from technical audits to content clusters and growth loops.
• Shape site architecture, internal linking, speed, schema, and scalability for both users and crawlers.
• Design AI‑first workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, LLMOps, and data enrichment systems for keyword discovery and content mapping.
• Orchestrate content optimization pipelines with writers, designers, and agencies to ensure assets rank and convert.
• Monitor algorithm updates and SERP trends, turning insights into experiments and playbooks.
• Align SEO initiatives with core business KPIs by partnering with product marketing, design, and analytics teams.
• Maintain and expand the SEO analytics stack using Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Surfer, and related platforms.

Required profile

• 2+ years of SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS with a focus on pipeline and revenue.
• Demonstrated track record of converting organic traffic into sign‑ups, trials, and paid conversions.
• Strong technical SEO expertise, including sitemaps, schema, log analysis, crawl optimization, and Core Web Vitals.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools and LLM frameworks for keyword research, content operations, and reporting.
• Experience designing scalable landing‑page systems on WordPress or custom stacks.
• Data‑native mindset, comfortable using GA4, GSC, Looker, Ahrefs, Mixpanel, or similar tools to make decisions and prove impact.
