SAP S/4HANA Project Manager (FICO/MM/PP/QM/SD)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead implementations, rollouts, upgrades and enhancement projects across core functional modules. The role requires deep business process knowledge, strong project management capabilities and the ability to drive transformation through SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP projects, including scope definition, planning, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, consultants and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions and configure the system.
• Manage integration across SAP modules (FICO, SD, MM, PP, QM) and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Oversee testing (UAT), cut‑over activities, post‑go‑live support and BAU operations.
• Drive change management, user training and adoption of new SAP functionalities.
• Monitor project risks, track progress and implement mitigation strategies to meet timelines and budgets.
• Serve as the primary contact for business users, monitor system performance and ensure SLA compliance.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in a functional module (FICO, MM, PP, QM or SD).
• Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA migrations and implementations.
• Strong understanding of cross‑module integrations and SAP Activate, Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and drive business transformation.
