SAP BTP Developer – UI5 / Fiori / CAPM / Cloud Foundry

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SAP BTP Developer to join a long‑term offshore engagement for a global enterprise in the specialty ingredients and manufacturing sector. The role focuses on designing, building, and deploying SAP UI5/Fiori applications and backend services on the SAP Business Technology Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive SAP UI5 and Fiori applications.
• Create backend services using the Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM) with Node.js and CDS.
• Deploy, configure, and manage applications in the SAP BTP Cloud Foundry environment.
• Integrate BTP services such as Business Application Studio, Event Mesh, Build Work Zone, Cloud Portal Service, and workflow management.
• Develop and consume REST APIs for SAP and non‑SAP systems.
• Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders across a globally distributed delivery team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on production delivery on SAP BTP, UI5, Fiori and Cloud Foundry.
• Ability to work independently on complex BTP applications without day‑to‑day guidance.
• Strong client‑facing communication in English.
• Available for hybrid working from Chennai and BGV‑ready.
