SAP BDC/Datasphere/BW4HANA Expert – HR Analytics

About the role

You will join BASF's Digital Hub in Hyderabad as a specialist in SAP BDC, Datasphere and BW/4HANA, supporting HR Service Management and HR Analytics. The role combines end‑to‑end delivery of analytics solutions with hands‑on development and coaching of team members.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver SAP Analytics Cloud story designs and analytic applications, including data‑mart creation.
• Model, program and harmonise data flows within SAP BW/4HANA and Business Data Cloud.
• Manage authorisations, roles and user access across BW4, SAC and BDC.
• Provide 2nd/3rd‑level support for incidents and problems, performing error analysis and corrections.
• Work in an agile team on user stories, develop and test new features.
• Guide, coach and train colleagues on SAP modules and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with data‑protection, security and access concepts for sensitive HR data.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of HCM/HR processes and data domains.
• Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA and Business Data Cloud.
• Ability to work independently, structured and solution‑oriented.
• Fluent English communication skills.
