Retail Operations Manager

About the role

MacV, a leading fashion and lifestyle eyewear brand, is looking for a Retail Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day store operations across its extensive network in India. Based in Mumbai, you will ensure operational efficiency, brand consistency, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales, conversion, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT) and profitability across multiple stores.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly KPIs, analyse performance data and implement corrective actions.
• Plan and execute promotional activities, local events and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies and operational standards through regular store visits and audits.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and oversee smooth store opening and closing procedures.
• Optimize staffing, scheduling and inventory management to support operational excellence.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing and cross‑functional teams, and resolve escalated customer or operational issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably managing multiple stores or regions.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management and customer service.
