Retail Associate – Murthal Store

About the role

Join Nike’s new store in Murthal as a Retail Associate, delivering world‑class service to customers while embodying Nike’s four service principles: Know, Equip, Engage, and Inspire. You will be the face of the brand, helping shoppers discover the right products and creating an emotional connection with the Nike experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service using Nike’s service principles.
• Assist with daily retail operations, including cash register transactions, shipping and receiving, stock replenishment, and floor cleaning.
• Build visual displays and maintain store presentation standards.
• Support store events and engage with the local community.
• Maintain knowledge of all store departments and product ranges.

Required profile

• Secondary school qualification.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Fluent verbal and written English.
• Physical ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work well in a team.
• One or more years of customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Relocation package not provided.
