About the role
Join Hilton’s Reservations team and lead the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. As a Reservations Manager or Assistant Manager you will oversee daily reservation operations, coordinate group bookings, and support revenue‑optimization initiatives while inspiring your team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage room inventory, group blocks, cut‑off dates, rate restrictions and occupancy strategies.
- Process group reservations, rooming lists, billing requirements and special requests, acting as liaison between planners and internal departments.
- Monitor reservation activity and assist with rate and occupancy strategies to maximize revenue.
- Provide reservation support to team members and customers, handling requests promptly.
- Assist with departmental projects, prepare reports and deliver administrative support to reservations leadership.
- Supervise, coach and develop team members, fostering a positive work environment.
Required profile
- Proven experience in reservations, revenue management or hotel operations, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong administrative, organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify revenue opportunities.
- Positive, adaptable attitude focused on team success and guest satisfaction.
Required skills
- Proficiency with hotel systems: OnQ PM, R&I, Delphi, IDeaS GRO v3.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
