Remote WordPress Developer (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team remotely on a full‑time basis. You will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites and themes, ensuring they are performant, secure, and aligned with client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Create and modify WordPress templates and themes.
• Implement responsive layouts and ensure cross‑browser compatibility.
• Integrate plugins, APIs, and custom functionality.
• Optimize site performance, speed, and security.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform regular updates, and maintain documentation.

Required profile

• Strong front‑end development skills with a focus on WordPress.
• Solid experience in back‑end development for custom themes, plugins, and database interactions.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL within a WordPress environment.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to interpret design mockups and functional specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
