Reliability & Maintenance Engineer

About the role

The Reliability & Maintenance Engineer will ensure the smooth operation of all facility and production equipment at our Gujarat site. You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities, coordinate with vendors, and support a safe, efficient production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance (PPM) according to schedule.
• Respond to TT calls for corrective maintenance, service and repair work.
• Coordinate warranty and AMC activities with external vendors.
• Monitor energy consumption, perform DG maintenance and maintain conveyor systems.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot power distribution, lighting, transformers and wiring.
• Work with relay logic, ladder diagrams and control components such as photo‑eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives and encoders.
• Carry out minor civil, plumbing and fire‑alarm checks, as well as oiling and greasing of carts and trolleys.
• Prepare daily reports on TT closures, open cases and root‑cause analysis; update tools inventory and soft‑service activities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in maintenance or engineering.
• Background in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics & Communication, or Instrumentation & Controls.
