Recruiter (Hybrid)

About the role

Priceline is looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our People & Culture team. You will work in a hybrid model (two days in‑office) and help shape the future of our Mumbai office as well as other locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting for both tech and non‑tech positions.
• Source candidates using a variety of tools and established networks.
• Design and execute innovative pipeline‑generation strategies for diverse and niche talent.
• Conduct recruitment status meetings with hiring managers and functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Operations, Compensation & Benefits, and Facilities to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Meet quarterly hiring targets, manage time‑to‑fill metrics, and keep the applicant tracking system up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of full‑life‑cycle corporate recruitment or RPO experience.
• Proven ability to recruit across all levels and functions.
• Success in employer branding, candidate sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiation.
• Self‑starter who can adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in ambiguous situations.
• Demonstrated integrity and alignment with Priceline’s values of Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability, and Trust.
