Quantitative Research Survey Scripter/Programmer (L8)

About the role

The Advisors Research Center (ARC) at Mastercard is seeking a Quantitative Research Survey Scripter/Programmer to join its Global Facilities India team. You will work closely with ARC researchers, fieldwork teams, and data partners to develop, test, and launch high‑quality online surveys for global research projects.

Key responsibilities

• Program online surveys using platforms such as Decipher, Confirmit, or equivalent.
• Script advanced studies, including Conjoint and MaxDiff analyses.
• Implement complex survey logic: skips, piping, randomization, quotas, and validations.
• Prepare surveys for fieldwork by setting up quotas, integrating samples, and performing deployment checks.
• Support soft launches, troubleshoot programming issues, and ensure data consistency.
• Maintain version control and detailed change logs for all programmed surveys.
• Collaborate with researchers and field teams to clarify requirements and apply updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in survey scripting or programming within a market research environment, preferably at an agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight project timelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Decipher survey platform.
• Proficiency with Confirmit survey platform.
• Experience designing Conjoint analysis studies.
• Experience designing MaxDiff analysis studies.
• Survey programming and scripting expertise.
• Version control and change‑log management.
