Project Manager & PMO Analyst

About the role

EY is seeking a Project Manager with PMO responsibilities to lead application engineering and vendor tool onboarding projects. The role combines hands‑on project delivery with governance support for the Project Management Office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, manage scope, timelines and resources.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, motivate members and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to keep everyone informed.
• Monitor budgets, track expenses and ensure financial targets are met.
• Identify risks, create mitigation strategies and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare status reports, track progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Support the PMO by implementing methodologies, standards and templates.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing projects from initiation to closure.
• Experience supporting or running a PMO, including reporting and governance.
• Strong analytical and administrative abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
