Project Manager – Construction & Development

About the role

Sketis Group is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of construction and development projects in Malappuram. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation while ensuring high standards of quality, safety and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers to define project requirements and expectations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets and resource plans.
• Manage procurement and expediting activities to guarantee timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and resolve issues to maintain quality, safety and timeline compliance.
• Track project risks, prepare regular reports and conduct stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, contractual obligations and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience managing construction or infrastructure projects, preferably with modular or hybrid construction methods.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Clear professional communication skills for reporting and client updates.
• Commitment to health, safety, environmental best practices and continuous improvement.
