Program Manager – Academic Operations

About the role

The Program Manager at NIAT leads the execution of on‑campus academic programmes, ensuring smooth coordination between teaching, student services and operational logistics. Reporting to Senior Program Leadership, you will drive student success and deliver an industry‑relevant learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day execution of classes, labs, assessments and campus events in line with the academic calendar.
• Collaborate with academic mentors, BOAs and internal teams to maintain consistent operational flow across student batches.
• Partner with student success teams to monitor progress, intervene with at‑risk learners and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor classroom quality, mentor effectiveness and overall student engagement, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
• Work with placement and training teams to organise workshops, mock interviews and skill‑building sessions, and maintain relationships with local industry and alumni.
• Produce accurate reports, dashboards and trackers on academic performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s degree a plus).
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven experience managing operations in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
