Production Technician

About the role

Sun Pharma is seeking a Production Technician to join its manufacturing unit in Dewas. The role involves executing planned production activities on shift, ensuring compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards, and maintaining high levels of equipment and facility cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out shift‑based production tasks according to the production schedule.
• Prepare raw material lots and packing material for finished goods following SOPs.
• Complete and maintain production documentation such as BPR, equipment logbooks, cleaning and calibration records.
• Ensure the plant operates in line with ISO, OHSAS, and cGMP requirements.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and record keeping.
• Attend mandatory training and keep related documentation up‑to‑date.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth handovers.

Required profile

• Educational qualification: 12th grade or Diploma.
• 2‑4 years of experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
• Ability to work on a shift schedule and adhere to safety protocols.
