Product Supply Manager

About the role

Procter & Gamble is seeking a Product Supply Manager to lead loss identification, process standardisation and capital project coordination across its manufacturing network in India. You will work with cutting‑edge technologies to improve safety, productivity and sustainability while reducing costs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global loss identification and elimination initiatives using manufacturing tools.
• Standardise equipment and process changes, and validate new processes.
• Build capability for technical troubleshooting of process failures.
• Report daily results, flag issues and request resources.
• Drive cost reduction and productivity projects through asset utilisation and benchmarking.
• Act as information hub for product development and coordinate capital projects across functions.
• Lead large project teams from inception, controlling and optimising capital and project spend.

Required profile

• Proven experience in manufacturing or production environments, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
• Ability to analyse data, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
