About the role

We are seeking a skilled plumber to join our facilities team, supporting both our commercial hotel properties and residential projects. The role demands precision, reliability, and a commitment to safety.

Key responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential buildings.
• Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
• Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies, diagnose issues, and provide efficient solutions.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems to identify potential problems and prevent future failures.
• Maintain organized records of time, work performed, and materials used while communicating clearly with team members and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes during all work activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and building plans.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
