Plant Controller

About the role

The Plant Controller will lead financial planning, cost accounting, and project control activities for our manufacturing operations. You will work closely with internal teams to optimise processes, support system implementation and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and, where required, manage internal finance‑related projects.
• Support optimisation of internal interfaces and assist in the development and administration of information systems.
• Participate in defining financial parameters and provide commentary within your area of responsibility.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and economic efficiency calculations for the plant.
• Produce management analyses, including planned vs. actual cost and activity comparisons, and deliver both standard and ad‑hoc reports.
• Maintain cost‑unit and cost‑centre accounting and contribute to monthly and annual closing activities.
• Implement project and investment controlling for the plant or broader company initiatives.
• Lead projects related to the rollout of new systems and processes across the group.

Required profile

• Professional CMA certification.
• 3‑4 years of relevant experience in finance, cost accounting or a technical/ scientific field requiring strong theoretical knowledge.
