Pharmacist – Platform Support & Service Desk (Remote, UK Hours)

About the role

Script Assist is a UK‑based health‑tech platform that powers the operational backbone of private clinics and pharmacies. We are looking for a tech‑forward pharmacist to join our remote Platform Support team in India, providing high‑ownership service‑desk coverage for UK‑based partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide platform support and service‑desk coverage for pharmacy and clinic partners across UK business hours.
• Triage and resolve operational issues in dispensing, inventory, batch/lot tracking, substitutions and delivery exceptions.
• Investigate workflow problems, capture evidence, reproduce issues and document findings before escalation.
• Maintain audit‑friendly logs and high‑quality operational documentation.
• Communicate status updates and required information clearly to partners.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to SOP and playbook improvements.

Required profile

• BPharm or MPharm (or higher) qualification.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working UK business hours from a remote location in India.
• Detail‑oriented, calm under pressure and process‑driven.
• Experience in pharmacy operations, dispensing workflows, inventory management and delivery exceptions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with complex software dashboards, status boards and queue‑based systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and produce clear, structured reports.
• Understanding of SOP‑led escalation and audit‑trail documentation.
