Performance Marketing Executive – E-commerce

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to drive paid media campaigns for e‑commerce clients. The role involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart and other platforms, delivering data‑driven insights that boost revenue and brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and manage campaigns on Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) and Flipkart Ads.
• Analyse product performance and optimise campaigns to improve ROI.
• Conduct consumer profiling, define target audiences and map digital touchpoints.
• Drive business goals such as reach, awareness, revenue and retention.
• Prepare client reports, handle communication and conduct performance reviews.
• Support onboarding of new team members and mentor junior analysts.
• Recommend e‑commerce best practices to enhance brand growth.

Required skills
