Performance Analytics Consultant

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an L8 Performance Analytics Consultant to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for its clients. The role leads end‑to‑end analyses, owns workstreams, and mentors junior team members while delivering client‑ready narratives and dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute complex quantitative and qualitative analyses with minimal supervision.
• Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and document methodology.
• Synthesize findings into clear recommendations, slides, and dashboards.
• Design and scale analytical solutions using Mastercard and client data.
• Identify and automate repeatable analyses to improve delivery efficiency.
• Engage confidently with client stakeholders, communicating insights in decision‑oriented language.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Independent, analytically strong consultant with experience delivering end‑to‑end analytics projects.
• Proven ability to work on ambiguous problem statements and drive results.
• Strong understanding of client business context and industry dynamics.
• Effective communicator who can explain complex analyses simply.
