Performance Analytics Consultant – Advisors & Consulting Services

About the role

The Consultant – Performance Analytics works within Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services to translate data into actionable insights for clients across multiple industries. You will design, implement and scale analytical solutions, collaborating with client teams and Mastercard experts to unlock value and drive strategic outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide creative input on projects across a range of industries and problem statements.
• Develop analytics strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions.
• Collaborate with Mastercard teams to understand client needs, agendas and risks.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client analysts and managers.
• Work with senior project delivery consultants to identify key findings, prepare presentations and deliver recommendations.
• Independently identify trends, patterns, issues and anomalies, and synthesize analysis into clear narratives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience delivering data‑driven recommendations to clients.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work with senior consultants and client teams.
• Proactive in identifying trends, patterns and anomalies in data sets.
