About the role

The Operations Staff – RME is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of shipments inside the hub. This on‑site position involves handling goods from arrival to dispatch while adhering to safety and quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with warehouse teams to maintain order and timeliness.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational tasks, coordinating the movement of incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure a continuous and trouble‑free flow within the hub environment.
• Perform precise sorting of each shipment based on its final destination and product category, guaranteeing that items are directed to the correct loading area.
• Utilize handheld scanners to capture shipment data, updating the tracking system in real time and preserving accurate inventory records.
• Execute loading and unloading of trucks and containers, managing dock schedules and directing goods to their appropriate staging locations.
• Adhere strictly to company guidelines, safety protocols and quality standards while handling all shipments, minimizing risk and maintaining compliance.
