Operations Staff – Hub Logistics

About the role

The Operations Staff member ensures the smooth movement of shipments inside the hub. Working on‑site, you will handle day‑to‑day activities that keep goods flowing efficiently from arrival to dispatch. You will collaborate with the logistics team to process each shipment according to company standards and support timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily hub operations to guarantee uninterrupted shipment flow.
• Accurately sort parcels according to destination and product type.
• Scan each shipment to maintain up‑to‑date tracking information.
• Load and unload vehicles, coordinating the flow of goods at loading docks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the loading area.
• Follow established handling guidelines, safety protocols and quality standards.

• Attention to detail for accurate sorting and scanning of shipments.
• Physical capability to handle loading and unloading tasks.
• Reliability in maintaining shift schedules and punctuality.
