About the role
The Office Administrator will ensure that the premises and office facilities for our India operations are fit for purpose, reflect brand standards, and support daily business activities. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects, coordinate with vendors, and provide comprehensive administrative support.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain office premises and facilities to meet brand requirements, including SFO case requests and construction vendor coordination.
- Act as Store Coordinator for small renovation projects, logistics for all stores and temporary pop‑up locations.
- Provide administrative, secretarial, and reception duties, including answering the mainline phone and handling queries.
- Manage national and international mail and package distribution.
- Process monthly utility bills and invoices for all sites.
- Ensure office, kitchen, and meeting rooms are tidy and enforce a clean‑desk policy.
- Support ad‑hoc projects for Finance, Facilities Management, HR, Communications, and IT.
- Escalate issues requiring senior management approval in a timely manner.
- Handle sales uniform ordering, resource allocation, and business license renewal.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of experience in facilities or workplace management.
- Familiarity with workflow processes, internal procedures, and purchase orders.
- Self‑starter capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships across multiple business units.
