New Product Development Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a New Product Development Engineer to lead the design and enhancement of architectural products, specifically aluminium façade systems. The role is based in Bangalore and focuses on creating innovative solutions that meet market demands.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop new aluminium façade products from concept to production.
• Identify and implement improvements to existing product lines.
• Customize products to meet specific client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, marketing, and manufacturing.
• Prepare technical documentation and support prototyping activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural products or aluminium façade systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, or an MBA with a focus on marketing.
• Proven ability to design, improve, and customize products in a manufacturing environment.
