About the role
We are looking for an experienced National Key Account Manager to drive strategic growth across India. You will lead sales performance, manage high‑value accounts and expand our monobrand store network in luxury, retail, B2B and hospitality segments.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets across all distribution channels, including retail, B2B, hospitality and luxury residential projects.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key retail partners and investors for monobrand stores.
- Identify and onboard new partners, expanding presence in emerging luxury markets.
- Drive profitability through strong retail execution, product mix optimisation and brand compliance.
- Build relationships with architects, designers and developers to generate project sales.
- Analyse market trends, identify growth opportunities and shape business development strategies.
Required profile
- 8+ years of sales leadership experience in premium or luxury sectors.
- Proven track record in key account management, business development and project sales across B2C, B2B and hospitality.
- Experience developing retail or franchise networks.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering or related field.
- Fluent in English and local language(s) as required.
- Willingness to travel extensively (40‑50%) and occasional trips to Köping, Sweden.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
